What happens when you place that first phone call?

TMG will make an appointment to visit the property. Once there, TMG will take an inventory (photos) as you point out the assets you want sold. TMG will discuss the numerous options open to you and present you a contract. If the contract is acceptable to you, we will send you the photo file immediately, which will become the official inventory list of items to be sold by TMG.

The next step is to prepare the assets to be sold. At a minimum, this involves organizing, photographing and describing your assets. If the sale is to be at our facility, add packing, loading, transporting and unloading to the list. Once this is completed, TMG’s tailored marketing efforts can begin, after which the selling process we have agreed upon will commence.
